CAR RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. RENTAL REQUIREMENTS & ELIGIBILITY To rent a vehicle, the driver must present the following: - Valid Driver’s License: Must be valid and appropriate for the vehicle type. (Provisional/Student permits are not accepted). - Age Requirement: Driver must be at least 21–25 years old (adjust as needed). Drivers under 25 may be subject to a "Young Driver Fee". - Valid ID: Government-issued ID or Passport for verification. - Foreign Tourists: Must present a valid Passport and International Driver’s Permit / License from country of origin. 2. RESERVATION & PAYMENT - Booking: Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of the down payment or full payment. - Cancellation:- Cancellation made 48 hours before pickup: Full refund. - Cancellation made 24–48 hours: 50% refund. - Cancellation made less than 24 hours or No-Show: No refund. - Extension: If you wish to extend the rental period, you must notify us at least 6 hours before the scheduled return. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability. 3. SECURITY DEPOSIT - A security deposit (Cash) is required upon pickup. - This will be refunded/released upon return of the vehicle in the same condition as received, minus any applicable charges for damages, fines, or fuel differences. 4. VEHICLE USAGE RULES - Prohibited Activities:- No speeding, reckless driving, or street racing. - No use of the vehicle for hire, transport of goods commercially, or illegal activities. - No driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. - No sub-leasing or allowing unlisted persons to drive. - Geographic Limits: The vehicle is allowed to be driven within [Insert Area/Cities]. Please inform us if planning to travel far or to provinces to check restrictions. - Pets & Smoking: Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Pets are allowed only in proper carriers/cages to prevent damage to upholstery. 5. FUEL POLICY - The vehicle will be delivered with a full tank. - Customer must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel. - If returned with less fuel, the customer will be charged for the missing fuel plus a refueling service fee. 6. ACCIDENTS, DAMAGE & LIABILITY - Accidents: In case of an accident, immediately notify the police and the rental office. Do not leave the scene. - Customer Liability: The renter is responsible for:- Damages to the vehicle caused by negligence or misuse. - Damages to third-party property or persons. - All traffic violations, parking tickets, and toll fees incurred during the rental period. - Theft: In case of theft, the renter must file a police report immediately. Renter is liable if keys were left inside or proper locking procedures were not followed. 7. INSURANCE - The vehicle is covered by Comprehensive Insurance and CTPL (Compulsory Third Party Liability). - Deductible: The renter is responsible for the insurance deductible/participation fee in case of an at-fault accident or damage. - Insurance is VOID if the driver is under the influence, violates traffic laws, or drives outside agreed terms. -renter will pay daily rate while car still at the car shop. 8. PICKUP & RETURN - Time: Rental duration is calculated on a 24-hour basis. A grace period of [e.g., 30 mins] is allowed. Beyond that, an additional hourly or daily rate will apply. - Condition: Vehicle must be returned clean. A cleaning fee will be charged if returned excessively dirty or with stains. 9. BREAKDOWN & ASSISTANCE - We ensure vehicles are in good running condition. In case of mechanical failure not caused by driver error, we will provide assistance or replacement vehicle subject to availability. By signing this agreement/availing of our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated above.
